We offer a 180-days warranty on all of products and accessories. This warranty does not cover products that have been abused and misused.
All items must have a valid RMA number to qualify for replacement. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.
The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the package containing the returned product to be accepted. There will be no refunds on shipping for any reason. All returned items must have all original accessories and packaging including manuals, software, and etc, in order to qualify for replacement.
